Ok, trunk pan is welded in and welds ground down. I'm going to use spray max 2k epoxy. What grit sandpaper do you recommend prior to spraying? Also, do you recommend seam sealer over the welds? My plan is to spray the tintable raptor liner in the trunk area to finish it off.

Looking good! I'd use like 220 grit. no seam sealer.
I got the driver's side minitub welded in. Just need to grind down all of the plug welds & seam seal. I'll stich weld the inside and use seam sealer as well.

Trunk pan and Mini tub is complete. I received my tank from Rick's and boy oh boy is this thing sweet. Almost too nice to hide under the car. I'm currently working on the US cartool subframe connectors. I should have them completed today. Take a look at my YouTube Chanel for more updates.

What brand is that paint protector film you are using?
I'm not sure of the Brand. We use it at work to cover the ends of duct. It works really well.
Hey all, it's been a while since I posted. Kids sports consumed all of my time but they're done for the season so back to the garage for me 
. I got the engine on the stand, installed all the pullies, and front end accessories.
The holley midsump pan is installed, what a really nice pan. Also Mounted the dipstick tube, 90 degree TRX oil filter adapter and AC compressor. Motor is pretty much ready minus the supercharger. I need to send it out for a full port & polish, new ceramic bearings ect.
I made up some casters for the front end so I could still roll the car around. Removed the front suspension and started cleaning up the engine bay. I'm shaving the firewall and welding up the 10,000 unnecessary holes,what a slow task
. Once I get everything welded up, I'll install the RMS K Member and drop the motor in so I can start mocking everything up.

Got a lot done today. Finished scraping off the undercoating from the front drivers side inner fender, finished smoothing the firewall and filled all the holes in the fenders, just a few more to do. And.... I was able to install the the RMS K Member. Hopefully I can set the motor in tomorrow so I can start mocking up all the fun stuff
Continuing on my build. I finished up the K frame/ engine dolly. It came out pretty nice and everything is adjustable. Hoping to test fit the motor & trans on it tonight. I put a scissor jack on the back for the transmission tailshaft so I can adjust if needed.
Got the motor installed today. Seems I have plenty of space behind the supercharger coolant crossover. I opted to have the motor mounts moved 1" forward. Save me $500 bucks. Brakes and coils we were delivered from the brown santa today

Working on the cooling now. I'm mocking up the radiator, heat exchanger and AC condenser. I'm going to push the radiator back 1"or so using some angle iron. This should allow enough room for the heat exchanger and condenser. I still need to cut the sides of the core support for the larger 26" core. So far so good, hopefully my plan works. The cardboard is my template to space the radiator back.

Hey all, something i just thought about. Any issues mounting the radiator without rubber isolators/bushings? I can't find any info in regards to factory bushings. I decided to remove the hood latch so I can get the radiator closer to the core support. From what I see most solid mount the radiator.
None of my Mopar radiators have ever had rubber isolator bushings.

I was worried about that too, but I hard mounted a factory 2016 radiator, its been 2yrs with no issues.
