OK folks, I have a 1970 Cuda and a set of cop car wheels. What is the widest tire size I can place on these with this car?

What tire combination size is recommended on this?

OK - No response, would assume this is dead horse question, so going to post a few thoughts of my own:

Cop car wheels with:

(Rear) 255/60/15: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/mtt-6028/overview/
(Front) 235/60/15: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/mtt-90000000181/overview/

I liked the thought of 275/60/15's, however reading through threads, see they are tight if not borderline with a stock setup.

And selected the MT's due to being lower cost
I have 225/60 /15 they just scrap on the front inner guard at full lock Rear 245/60/15 BFG mate has 275/60/15 but has spring relocator kit just clear springs & inner guard.

I have a set of 255/60/15 on my TA but the rear sits a bit higher than the A66 even though they both have the TA 48 springs all are Rallye front 7" rear 8" standard 4.5 stud pattern from Summit
The 245's are a healthy 1 1/4 from the inner guard & 1 1/2 from the spring pack .
see pic with 22" 295 they aren't bolted on off my Audi Q7 playing around to see what tyres would fit dodge23.jpg

AUSTA - Very cool, thank you for the insight, I may just stay with 245's to be safe.

On my '73, With MP replacement XHD 440/HEMI springs at or near stock ride height at the front. I have 245/60/15's on all 4 corners.
